RETURN POLICY
At Goddess Cosmetics, our goal is to guarantee the full satisfaction of all our customers with their purchases. If for some reason you do not feel completely satisfied and want to return your order, we ask you to consult our detailed policy to see if you qualify below.
ELIGIBILITY
- In order for a refund to proceed, the item must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- It is required that the product be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and keep the original packaging of the product purchased from Goddess Cosmetics.
- To start the refund process, it is necessary to send an email to: Goddesscomesticsbymm@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To facilitate the management of the return, an email must be written that includes: invoice number, reference and description of the item, number of units returned and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will contact you via email. In case of approval of the return, you will receive a confirmation by mail that you must attach to the package to be returned.
- In case of approval of the refund, Goddess Cosmetics will refund the amount within a maximum period of 2 weeks, using the same payment method used in the purchase of the products.
- Customers will assume the costs of managing and sending the return, as well as the selection of the transport company to return the merchandise.
- On the other hand, the label necessary to make the return will not be provided by Goddess Cosmetics.
