  • Your order will be sent specifically to the address provided by you.
  • The customer must provide and verify that the address is correct so as not to have delay or problems with their package.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are managed from Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. - 06:00 p.m. to guarantee a fast and effective service.
  • Once your payment method has been charged, orders will be processed and shipped using the selected shipping method.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of their completion.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with all the necessary information to track your package.
DELIVERY TIME
  • Standard shipping: 5-7 working days (PS: Depending on your location).

METHODS AND SHIPMENTS

  • The shipping cost is calculated at the end of the purchase. The shipping costs will depend on the weight of the product and the destination.
  • In case of providing an incorrect address, the package will be returned to Goddess Cosmetics and the customer must pay the additional shipping costs to the correct address.

DAMAGED, LOST OR LOST PACKAGES

  • Goddess Cosmetics will not be responsible for damaged packages delivered by the shipping company.
  • Goddess Cosmetics will not be responsible for stolen orders that were provided by the customer.
